“Order” means any confirmed purchase made by the Customer
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Sati Paving.
A contract is formed only when order confirmation is issued or goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Full payment or agreed deposit must be made before dispatch.
Delivery charges are separate unless specified.
Natural stone is a natural material. Variations in colour, texture, veining, and finish are expected.
Minor dimensional tolerances may occur.
Samples are indicative only and may not represent the full batch.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery is made to the nearest accessible point (usually kerbside).
The customer must ensure proper access and someone is present to receive goods.
Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership remains with Sati Paving until full payment is received.
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any damages must be reported within 48 hours.
Claims after installation will not be accepted.
Returns accepted within 14 days if goods are unused and in original packaging.
Installed or custom products are non-returnable.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Professional installation is recommended.
Improper installation voids liability.
Products must be stored appropriately.
Sati Paving is not liable for improper installation, misuse, or natural wear.
Liability is limited to replacement or refund.
